Shipping Policy

ELEMANTRA ships to most countries. Deliveries are made on a DAP basis for countries outside Switzerland with our partners. Shipping costs are included, but customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If the delivery is delayed to the extent that you no longer wish to proceed with the purchase, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been shipped, the Customer is obligated to accept the order. Cancellation is not valid until the Customer has confirmed with ELEMANTRA by email at customerservice@elemantra.ch.

If a product has been discontinued, ELEMANTRA has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid to the Customer. ELEMANTRA will notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent product is available.
